Harshad Patil
Harshad Patil is an expert in evidence discovery management, and has created technology solutions for a variety of complex cases and cross-border forensic investigations. With a Masters in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, he has executed pioneering efforts in electronic discovery, document review and forensic technology services at leading advisory firms such as KPMG LLP and First Advantage, Inc.
Mr. Patil has also assisted e-discovery project management teams working on large discovery and document review cases, and has handled cataloging and search issues for most major electronic data types and information sources. His experience includes the development of Forensic Data Analytics solutions for financial fraud detection and FCPA/OFAC compliance, as well.
